Hey Megan!(: Thank you! It’s very exciting but very scary… Especially with the path I’m choosing. I’m taking next year off to pursue my music career. I’m very excited about it(:

“I believe everything happens for a reason. People change so that you can learn to let go. Things go wrong so that you can appreciate them better when they are right. You believe lies so that you eventually learn to trust no one but yourself. And sometimes good things fall apart so that better things can fall together.”
Norma Jeane Baker aka Marilyn Monroe | June 1, 1926 – August 5, 1962

Here I am, writing my final essay of high school, maybe my final essay forever, for Mr. Pyle’s class… And the subject matter just happens to be about following your dreams and finding meaning in your existence. I’m pouring my heart out about my plans for the future.
And everything just keeps becoming realer and realer. We’re graduating in six days. Done with high school forever. High school has been such an important time in my life. I changed immensely, met some incredible people, learned a lot of things, about myself, others and life in general. I really found myself. And it’s so bittersweet to be letting go of those four years.
Senior year blew right by me… It feels like just last week we were giving the PAC a make over and I was sitting with Mir planning out the year for the drama department. I just cannot believe it’s over. I will miss it greatly. I will miss my friends, my teachers, RBHS theater, choir, being a part of something so big…
Sigh.

This is so backed.JC Penney’s new ad for Father’s Day
The text reads:
“First Pals: What makes Dad so cool? He’s the swim coach, tent maker, best friend, bike fixer and hug giver—all rolled into one. Or two.” The text at the bottom reads: “Real-life dads, Todd Koch and Cooper Smith with their children Claire and Mason.”
Fuck yes.
